ShiftSync AI was founded by an automotive technician who sees firsthand how much time is lost to unclear workflows, repetitive diagnostics, incomplete documentation, and communication breakdown between the shop, the service desk and every other shop nuance with modern technology and how it was effecting technicians all across the world
